Order Processing & Production Times

Many products sold by The Sticker Lounge are custom printed to order.

Typical timelines:

  • Standard order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Custom production: approximately 3–10 business days depending on order size, artwork approval timing, material availability, and current production volume

Rush turnaround may be available for select orders.

Production timelines may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, supplier delays, or major promotions.

Proof Approval

Custom orders generally require artwork approval before production begins.

Production timelines typically begin after the customer approves the final proof.

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, spelling, quantities, and design details before approval.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on the destination and order details.

We may ship orders using carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

Carrier availability may vary depending on location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

The Sticker Lounge is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
