Return & Refund Policy

At The Sticker Lounge, we take pride in producing high-quality custom stickers, logo decals, and printed products with careful proof approval before production. If there is ever an issue with your order, we want to help make it right.

Custom Printed Orders

Because most products sold by The Sticker Lounge are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or the order has shipped.

This includes:

  • Custom sticker orders

  • Personalized products

  • Custom artwork or sizing requests

  • Printed-to-order items

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, sizing, spelling, quantities, and artwork details before production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate resolution depending on the situation

Non-Custom / Unused Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Issues

The Sticker Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
